What you need to do to catch Arceus is go to third floor of the Jubilife t.v. station talk to a guy and tell him everyone happy and wi-fi connection then he will give you the ability to activate the mystery gift. On the mystery gift I suggest you get by get trough wi-fi connection( it only works if you have wi-fi). Then go to a pokemart and talk to this guy and he will give you a azure flute. Next head to spear pillar and your flute will glow and a flight of stairs will come out. Save before you get to the top. At the top you will be able to capture Arceus.
